You will oversee investigations, prepare summaries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves negotiation with insurers, managing litigation files, maintaining databases, and coordinating with Safety/Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in insurance or related program.
• 2+ years trucking, claims or safety experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lines and transportation liability.
• Strong MS Outlook and Excel skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay calm in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and adjudicate complex bodily injury and property damage claims, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims involving company vehicles or drivers.
• Prepare detailed file summaries for internal reporting, large loss assessments, and subrogation purposes.
• Ensure bodily injury claims are handled per industry best practices and company policies.
• Negotiate with insurers, claimants, and third-party representatives; maintain litigation files.
