Stantec seeks an intern for Spring 2027 and/or Summer 2027 in Mount Laurel, NJ to assist civil engineers on a variety of projects including highways, interchanges, land development, and traffic. The role involves CAD design, calculations, and field inspection under supervision.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Civil or Structural Engineering program with exposure to CAD tools and a solid academic record. Office environment with potential field exposure is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum exposure to CAD design programs and current good academic standing in accredited engineering school.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in preparing contract documents and reports for civil engineering projects including highways, interchanges, land development, and traffic.
• Perform CAD work, check drawings and calculations, quantity take-offs, simple design calculations, and field inspections.
