Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with transportation focus preferred.
• 0–2 years Civil Engineering experience preferred.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with IDOT/local agency projects preferred.
• MicroStation or AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Field work ability for construction engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop construction, design documents and plans.
• Assist with construction engineering.
• Perform basic engineering and design calculations.
• Conduct construction materials testing for concrete and soils.
