Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months from start date.
• Previous internship with a civil design firm is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation using MS Office Suite.
• Direct and review the work of engineering technicians to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.
• Assist in traffic and transportation design planning, including basic analyses and documentation.
• Assist in development and design of roadway projects, plans, specs, and estimates.
