Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training to contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of projects under a licensed professional engineer. You will prepare technical reports, coordinate with technicians, and collaborate with PMs and multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.

The role requires a ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering, EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months from start date.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation using MS Office Suite.
• Direct and review the work of engineering technicians to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
