Responsibilities

1. Assist transportation brokers with managing and processing insurance submissions, quotes, binders, and policy documents.
2. Track submission activity and follow up on outstanding quotes or documentation.
3. Communicate with carriers to obtain rates, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
4. Maintain accurate data entry in the agency management system and ensure all documents are organized and filed properly.
5. Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, and evidence of coverage as needed.
6. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Compliance) to ensure seamless policy servicing.
7. Respond to client and carrier inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Support broker efforts to grow transportation accounts through market research and administrative assistance.
9. Monitor renewal timelines and assist with preparation of renewal materials.
