JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business is seeking undergraduate research assistants to support a phone-based customer feedback project. Research assistants will collaborate with graduate students and faculty researchers. Telephones will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone surveys with customers
• Record notes after each call
• Work either in an assigned office or remotely from a quiet location with a stable internet/phone connection
Qualifications:
• Strong English speaker
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
• Adaptability to different situations
• Commitment to confidentiality
