Job summary

Dorman Products in Lewisberry, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate with Box Truck Driver duties. You will transport materials, load/unload, operate a forklift, and handle data entry in CMS while following safety protocols.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid PA license, and experience in warehousing. Candidates should be prepared for a physically active environment and standard warehouse shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver’s License.

• Must have basic computer/data entry skills.
• Stand all day, stoop and bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record for past 3 years and pass DOT drug screen if driving box truck.
• Commitment to meeting production demands and quality requirements.
• Understand customer requirements as they relate to the job function.
• Ability to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformances.
• Ability to get to work on time with minimal absences.
• Working conditions: moderate noise; temps up to 90 degrees in Summer.

• Pull parts needed for production and ship to main plant
• Enter data into CMS as needed
• Participate in improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned
