Job summary

Modineer Company in Dallals, PA is seeking a Warehouse and Shipping Associate on the 1st shift to support shipping operations. Reports to Shipping Manager. Schedule: Monday through Friday (6:30am-3:00pm) with overtime as required.

Starting rate depends on relevant experience. Responsibilities include picking and packing products, inspecting quality, following shipping and inventory control processes, labeling to ensure accuracy, and maintaining safety and organization.

Warehouse and Shipping Associate

Reports to:Shipping Manager

Schedule:Monday through Friday (6:30am-3:00pm). Overtime as required; Starting rate dependent upon relevant experience.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Picks product from inventory
• Packs product to customer requirements.
• Inspects completed operations for quality, visual defects, accuracy and quantity.
• Follows all shipping processes, inventory control processes and quality requirements
• Performs labeling duties to ensure proper parts and quantities are being sent to the customer
• Pays close attention to detail and focuses on assigned tasks.
• Cooperates and supports co-workers.
• Follows all safety rules, wears all required PPE, etc.
• Demonstrates strong attention to details, high accuracy, and follow-through.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.

Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge :

• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (PLEX) is a plus.
• Must have knowledge and experience in inventory control functions.
• Must be able to maintain a safe, clean, environment.
• Must be able to work and function well in a team environment.
• Experience driving a 26' Box Truck a bonus

Physical environment/working conditions:

Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in warm or cold temperatures. The individual must be able to do the following:
