Lb Homes is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Transportation Assistant to cover a leave. You will transport residents and patients to appointments, assist with mobility needs, and work with nursing staff to manage routes. A CNA registry is preferred but not required.
A Class C license is required, with potential for a Class B license. High school diploma or GED is required. Paid orientation, paid sick time, PTO, and paid training are offered.
We are looking for a temporary full-time Transportation Assistant to fill in for our main Driver who will be out on leave. This position will be a minimum of twelve weeks with a potential for longer. This is a role where your energy, compassion, and commitment to service will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents and patients. In this position, you will ensure the safe, timely, and comfortable transport of individuals, equipment, and supplies throughout our long-term care community. Your work helps residents maintain access to appointments, therapies, social activities, and daily routines that enrich their quality of life. Because this role involves close interaction with residents and supports direct care operations, Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is preferred (CNA) but not required.
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience; weekend differential.
We are looking for a TEMPORARY FULL-TIME individual to fill this role as our main Transportation Assistant goes on leave for up to 12 weeks. There may be an opportunity to extend beyond the twelve weeks depending upon facility needs. Schedule will be determined based on availability, but daytime coverage is needed each week. Applicants must also be able to work during regular business hours or later to support return transports, assigned on-call shifts, and occasional weekend or after-hours events.
Prior experience working in a healthcare environment such as a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, or outpatient clinic is preferred.
