Qualifications

• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Prepare and review business reports to manage productivity.

• Lead and develop associates and leaders through hiring, coaching, and evaluations.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment availability with service shops and offices.
