The role focuses on cost-effective, reliable delivery and continuous improvement across the distribution network, with collaboration across operations, finance, and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with parcel carriers and transportation networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily parcel carrier performance across North America partners.
• Investigate and resolve disruptions, delays, and service failures impacting customers.
• Serve as a liaison for escalations with internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Support peak planning and high-volume execution readiness.
• Develop and maintain transportation performance dashboards and reports.
