Key qualifications:

• 4-6 years of direct experience in highways, transportation planning, engineering management, systems analysis, or quantitative analysis (depending on level)


• Direct responsibility for preparation of written materials such as reports, letters, or memoranda


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree may substitute for 2, 4, 5, or 6 years of experience respectively


• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
