TFI Family Services, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Transport Support Worker to support children and families in the child welfare system.
The role centers on providing transportation and visitation support with a strong emphasis on safety and advocacy. You will work weekends and some evenings, coordinate with Permanency Services partners, attend staff meetings and trainings, and help connect families to resources.
****Average hourly rate is $14.55 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

Do you want to continue on this path? We are looking for a Transport Support Worker to join our team!All you need is a HighSchool Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.
As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.
We’re looking for a compassionate, eager-to-learn individual who is passionate about helping families in times of crisis. You'll work to build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must, as well as flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
