Job summary

2INgage is seeking a Transport Support Worker to provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.

You will help promote children's well-being, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with partner agencies providing Permanency Services. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.

****Average hourly rate is $14.55 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

****This position requires working at least one day per weekend and some evening hours****

A Day in the Life as a Transport Support Worker

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

We’re looking for a compassionate, eager-to-learn individual who is passionate about helping families in times of crisis. You'll work to build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must, as well as flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
