Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Transport Support Worker in a part‑time role (up to 20 hours/week) with Sunday shifts. A High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services are required.

You will provide transportation and visitation support to families, promoting child well‑being and coordinating with partnering agencies. The position emphasizes strong communication, flexibility, punctuality, and advocacy for families.

A Day in the Life as a Transport Support Worker

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.
