Average hourly rate is $18.31 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

This position requires working at least one day per weekend and some evening hours

We are looking for a Transport Support Worker to join our team! All you need is a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.

A Day in the Life as a Transport Support Worker

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well‑being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

We’re looking for a compassionate, eager‑to‑learn individual who is passionate about helping families in times of crisis. You'll work to build healthy, long‑lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must, as well as flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
