Job summary

Thermo King Northeast is looking for a full-time Transport Refrigeration Technician in Windsor Locks, CT. This position offers a competitive salary between $20.00 and $54.00 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment and must have some experience in refrigeration or HVAC.

The work environment is modern with flexible scheduling, and the company emphasizes training and promoting from within. Certification in EPA 608/609 is a plus!

Qualifications

• Experience in refrigeration/HVAC equipment installation and/or repair.
• Skills to install, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment.
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service inspections on transport refrigeration units.
• Perform diagnostic and repair work on refrigeration equipment.
• Complete repair orders and communicate with team members.
