Job summary

Solid Ground Transportation seeks an Operations Dispatcher/Scheduler to ensure daily routes are efficiently executed, coordinating with operators, subcontractors, and control centers. You will monitor routes, assign vehicles, and maintain schedules while complying with the ATU contract and King County Metro policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central communications hub for programs and monitor routes.
• Manage operator schedules and subcontractor assignments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fitness-for-duty for operators.
• Monitor equipment and maintain route-related documentation and reports.
• Schedule Center Park Shuttle reservations and trips; manage changes as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and control centers for safe operations.
