Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred at time of hire.
• One year of passenger van and shuttle bus driving experience preferred.
• Experience transporting elderly residents and people with disabilities preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Current, valid PA Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and events on an as-needed basis.
• Operate community or leased/rented vehicles to meet resident needs and ensure safety.
• Maintain safe, courteous transportation; assist residents as needed.

Washington, PA Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; On an As-Needed Basis; primarily dayshift, Monday through Friday, with some occasional weekend hours

Starting Pay: $16.25 - $18.00/hour; Depending on Experience

The Transport Driver is responsible for providing transportation for our residents on an as-needed basis for appointments, outings, and special events. The driver will provide safe transportation for residents, staff, and others. Operates Community or leased/rented motor vehicle(s) to complete a variety of pick-up, delivery, and other assignments to meet business and resident needs.

Requirements for the Transport Driver:

• Have a high school education
• Certified in CPR/First Aid/AED at time of hire is preferred
