You are

You will

1. Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit them to the Front Desk Manager for validation.
2. Organize the welcome and transfer procedures for our clients and relay the information to the rest of the village.
3. Welcome clients upon arrival and assist them during departure.
4. Coordinate with airport authorities (customs, police), airline companies, and local travel agencies.
5. Draft all transfer documents, dispatch them to providers, and follow up on invoices.
6. Handle client comments and specific requests (luggage, flight changes, etc.).
7. Apply Club Med standards and adhere to hygiene and security procedures.
8. Train and accompany receptionists in their daily tasks.
