Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Transport Aide at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. The role involves transporting patients and equipment, with day shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.

Compensation is based on experience, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, interpersonal skills, 1–3 months experience, CPR during Orientation, and vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 (or an exemption

Qualifications

• Equal to completion of four years of high school is required.
• Duties require good interpersonal skills.
• One to three months experience.
• CPR certification to be completed during Orientation period.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

• Under the supervision of the Manager, Patient Transport or Designee, perform various transportation and related duties pertaining to the efficient movement of patients and equipment to meet the expectations of patient throughput.

We are searching for a talented Transport Aide

Hours:24 flex 32hrs

Shift:Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; Required to work every other weekend and assigned Holiday rotation; 8:00am - 4:30pm

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.
