Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Transplant Social Worker to support kidney transplant recipients and living donors on their care journey. The role focuses on psychosocial support before and after transplant or donation, within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work and ND LMSW or LCSW licensure, with hospital/clinical experience preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited curriculum is required.
• Healthcare and/or mental health hospital experience is preferred.
• License in good standing in state(s) of practice: ND LMSW or LCSW.
