Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Transplant Surgeon to join the Transplant Surgery department. The candidate will participate in a growing kidney program and help develop a liver program, with opportunities for clinical planning, program development, and teaching.

The successful candidate will have ASTS-certified transplant training, UNOS certification, and the ability to obtain a North Dakota medical license.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible transplant surgeon
  • Completion of ASTS-certified transplant surgery training program
  • UNOS certification or eligibility
  • Ability to obtain North Dakota medical license

Responsibilities

  • Join a developed kidney transplant surgery team and partner with our experienced transplant surgeon.
  • Contribute to planning and development as liver program is established.
  • Engage in clinical planning, program development, and future growth of liver transplantation.
  • Participate in teaching medical students and residents.
