You will shape policies, optimize patient outcomes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the transplant continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience.
• State licensure and/or professional certification requirement(s) dependent on position; BLS certification required.

• Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for transplant social work services across all solid organ transplant programs and living donation.
• Oversee clinical practice standards, workforce planning, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance for transplant psychosocial services.
• Monitor performance metrics, develop policies and procedures, and ensure equitable access to transplantation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support staff engagement and continuous process improvement across all transplant programs.
