Inova Fairfax Medical Campus - Transplant Services is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Specialist to join the team. This full-time role supports admissions, scheduling, insurance verification and financial counseling, with hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

As part of Inova Health System, you will help ensure service-excellence, coordinate with care teams, and guide patients through the administrative and financial steps of transplant services.

Qualificações

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 1 year of patient access experience

Responsabilidades

• Admits/schedules patients and conducts insurance verifications
• Provides financial counseling and assists with financial clearance
• Prepares schedules, tracks records, and navigates multiple systems
• Coordinates documentation and follows up on case-related tasks
• Educates patients on kiosks and addresses patient inquiries
