Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other clinical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred in health-related field or MBA.
• Active state RN license and CPHQ certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in quality/performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, compliance, and performance improvement for the Solid Organ Transplant Program.
• Coordinate QAPI across pre-, intra-, and post-transplant care, including LVAD program.
• Prepare materials for OPTN, CMS, Joint Commission surveys and accreditation.
• Develop and monitor dashboards and reports for program quality and patient safety.
• Supervise transplant staff and drive performance improvement initiatives.
