Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, informatics, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive transplant quality, regulatory compliance, or performance improvement experience.
• Expertise with CMS Conditions of Participation and OPTN regulatory requirements.
• Professional certification in quality, patient safety, or healthcare compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the integrated QAPI program across hospital solid organ transplant programs.
• Ensures CMS, OPTN, HRSA, and state regulatory compliance.
• Maintains survey readiness and leads CMS certification activities.
• Oversees investigation and resolution of transplant-related adverse events and safety concerns.
• Analyzes transplant outcomes and performance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepares reports for leadership and governance committees; advises on regulatory risk.
