Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Transplant Quality and Performance Improvement Manager to lead quality, compliance, and performance improvement for the Solid Organ Transplant Program. This role spans pre-transplant, transplant, and post-transplant phases including LVAD care, with oversight of UNOS, CMS, OPTN, and Joint Commission readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing background with RN licensure, CPHQ certification, and 3+ years in quality/performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Nursing or other relevant clinical discipline.
• Master's Degree preferred in health-related field or MBA.
• Must be willing to pursue higher education based on Transplant Services needs.
• Three years management experience in a similar role required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality program for Transplant Services and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans; monitor performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate surveys, audits, and accreditation activities with regulatory agencies.
• Oversee data reviews, reporting, and KPI dashboards for the program.
