Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Manager to lead transplant program development initiatives, educate patients and providers, and expand access to care across satellite clinics in the Chicago area.

You will oversee the Kidney and Liver transplant outreach efforts, manage nine kidney satellite clinics, and coordinate with transplant nephrologists to grow referrals and patient access. Strong PM skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, resources, information distribution, meetings, and performance reporting.
• Apply standard project management methodologies through the project lifecycle.
• Use PM tools for planning, procurement and budgeting accuracy.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution definition, training plans and rollout strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and minimize risk across projects.
• Prepare and review deliverables for leadership approval and maintain project docs.
