Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced leader to develop and implement business strategy, marketing, financial and operational planning for transplant services. The role oversees patient billing systems, budgets, recruitment and performance improvement, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities include administrative management, operations leadership, and strategic planning to advance transplant quality and patient experience across the health system.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, Organizational Excellence, Public Health or equivalent.
• Eight or more years of relevant leadership and/or operations experience.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operational processes focused on high quality transplant services and the coordination of care across multiple, complex departments/units.
• Develops, implements, and monitors financial plans for division and reviews/approves fiscal proposals.
• Leads fund development efforts partnering with medical director and administrative leadership.
• Manages regulatory compliance and reporting, accreditation activities and surveys.
• Oversees a continuous quality improvement program for the transplant division.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary leaders to implement regulatory requirements and improve health care delivery.
