Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago is seeking a registered nurse for the 14E Transplant/Hepatology unit on a full-time night shift. You will care for hepatology, liver, kidney and pancreas transplant patients in a high-acuity environment, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based nursing care, developing individualized care plans, and supporting patients and families through complex transplant processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school/college of nursing.
• BSN or higher degree preferred.
• Current IL RN license and BLS CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care for high-acuity transplant patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and education for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
