Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of recent related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating comprehensive care including consent process.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team for ongoing care.
• Develop and provide education for patients and caregivers.
• Serve as a communication link between patients and external resources.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
