Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care for transplant and hepatology patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Participate in unit quality improvement and LEAD program activities.
• Mentor and precept new team members and support ongoing professional development
