Job summary

Loyola Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 12-hour night shift on our 32-bed inpatient Medical-Surgical unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex abdominal transplant and hepatology needs.

Qualifications

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed inpatient Med-Surg unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, therapy, social work and nutrition staff.
• Support transitions to practice and patient education for families.
