Job summary

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator in Transplant Hepatology at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.

Responsibilities include delivering superior clinical care for a busy hepatology transplant practice, including pre- and post-transplant evaluation and management in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• MD required and board certified in Transplant Hepatology and Gastroenterology.
• Full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at Assistant or Associate Professor rank.
• Commitment to medical education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for transplant hepatology and general hepatology in outpatient settings.
• Engage in training and mentorship of transplant hepatology and gastroenterology fellows and internal medicine residents.
• Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
