Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Division Administrator to lead financial and administrative operations for the division, in collaboration with the Division Chief. You will oversee budgets, analytics, and business plans while coordinating with Practice Managers to support clinical operations and physician staffing.

Qualifications

• Five (5) to seven (7) years’ previous managerial and financial management experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience in an academic medical center (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and oversee the annual operating budgets for the division.
• Provide financial management support and analysis to support decision making.
• Manage physician, faculty and trainee activities including payroll and productivity, recruitment and credentialing.
• Oversee HR processes including recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations.
