Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in Fort Worth to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy for transplant patients within a hospital setting. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care and education.

The role requires RDN eligibility or certification, state licensure, and CCTD certification (or willingness to obtain), with prior transplant nutrition experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) eligibility or exam-eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian (CCTD) certification required (or willing to obtain).
• Three years of work experience in the specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for transplant patients.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Apply current research in line with the diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with food service management to support patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Educate and mentor dietetic interns and staff as applicable.

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for transplant patients, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.

• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian (CCTD) certification required (or willing to obtain)
• Three years of work experience in specialty preferred
