Job summary

Compass Group seeks a Clinical Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team serving cardiac transplant patients. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy within an inpatient/outpatient mix, collaborate with a 16-person nutrition group, and drive evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.

You will provide education to patients and families, participate in QAPI initiatives, and work with food service teams to enhance satisfaction. RDN eligibility and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible via the CDR.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practicing state or ability to obtain licensure.
• Specialty certifications are preferred where required.
• Two years of work experience in a specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for Cardiac Transplant patients.
• Collaborate with a team of 16 nutrition professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care per diet manual and facility protocols.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives (QAPI).
• Partner with food service teams to support patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentor dietetic staff and interns through education and training.

Salary

Starts at $70,000, negotiable based on experience

Other Forms of Compensation

$2,500 sign-on bonus + $5,000 relocation allowance. Annual coverage of CDR, AND and ASPEN dues.
