Job summary

Compass Group seeks a Clinical Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team focused on pre- and post-cardiac transplant care. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, education, and collaborative care for cardiac patients in a hospital setting.

You will work with 16 nutrition colleagues to improve patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care, while pursuing ongoing education and professional development opportunities offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice (as applicable).
• Specialty certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans for designated specialty area.
• Education: guide on nutrition and lifestyle for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual, policies, and protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns.

Salary

Starts at $70,000, negotiable based on experience

Other Forms of Compensation

$2,500 sign-on bonus + $5,000 relocation allowance. Annual coverage of CDR, AND and ASPEN dues.

What We’re Looking For:
