Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator to support transplant patients from referral to recovery. This role requires advanced clinical skills and exceptional organizational abilities. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Texas RN license upon hire, and relevant experience in acute care, ICU, dialysis, or transplant settings. This position offers competitive pay within the range of $43.10 - $64.11 per hour.
As an RN Transplant Coordinator, you will be a pivotal force in transforming lives, orchestrating the intricate journey of transplant patients from referral to recovery.
Every day, you will expertly manage the full spectrum of transplant coordination: from initiating referrals and evaluating candidates, to leading in‑hospital patient care, managing education, facilitating communication with all stakeholders including payers, and maintaining critical data.
