Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a Registered Nurse for adult transplant and cellular therapy oncology care. The coordinator and integrator of care plans, coordinates from referral through treatment, recovery, survivorship and follow-up, ensuring safe, patient-centered care across settings.

This 1.0 FTE day shift position includes occasional weekend rotation, 40 hours per two-week period, and requires BSN plus oncology/transplant coordination experience; works with multidisciplinary teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• 2+ years experience in oncology, inpatient or outpatient, hematology, and/or transplant care coordination.
• Current RN license through the Minnesota Board of Nursing and WI license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for adult transplant and cellular therapy patients across the cancer care continuum.
• Provides patient education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and follow-up expectations.
• Collaborates with transplant financial navigator to ensure insurance authorization and financial clearance.
