Requires an RN license, 1 year clinical RN experience (3 years preferred), and flexible hours. You may pursue relevant certifications (CCTC/CCTN, OCN/CPHON/BMTCN) within three years of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Coordinators must obtain CCTC or CCTN within three years; OC/CPHON/BMTCN credentials may be required by area.
