Job summary

Qualifications

• New York license requirements for nursing or PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary screening and evaluation of transplant candidates.
• Ensure lab tests are performed and results updated.
• Educate patients on living donation and waitlist processes.
• Manage on-call organ offers and after-hours communications.
• Coordinate outpatient follow-up and immunosuppressive therapy monitoring.
