Job summary

The Associate Transplant Coordinator at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital works with Transplant Coordinators and clinical staff to support lung transplant patients through the pre-transplant process. You will manage appointment scheduling, document completion, and address patient needs with accuracy and care.

On-site role located at Columbia University Irving Medical Center; a High School Diploma is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related clerical/transplant experience advantageous.
• Strong scheduling experience and experience with Epic software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative aspects of transplant processes and communicate with patients and staff.
• Manage appointment scheduling, document completion, and patient inquiries during the pre-transplant phase.
• Support seamless patient care progression in collaboration with RN transplant coordinators.
