Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains referrals required for patient prior to scheduled visits and ensures compliance with referral and authorization rules.
• Assists patients with full registration and updates insurance information for billing and pre-transplant services.
• Coordinates and schedules multiple new and follow-up appointments for a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintains up-to-date patient information and supports Medicare time study per instructions.
• Answers and triages a high volume of calls with professional communication and accurate messaging.
