Job summary

Mettler-Toledo's PendoTECH unit in Princeton, NJ seeks a Product Specialist to deliver technical, applications, and marketing support for transmitter products. You will assist product managers, develop manuals, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and external partners to drive improvements and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Two years of experience or equivalent in transmitters/analytical instruments/process analytical tech and/or related software.
• Working understanding of biopharma analytical methods.
• Open and effective communication style with cross-organizational teamwork.
• Passion for technology and innovation that translates to product development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager through technical product knowledge for the Transmitter line.
• Edit and supply new content for hardware and software user manuals.
• Identify systemic issues affecting product line health.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to drive KPI improvements.
• Support quality and production with product testing and regulatory evaluation.
• Assist with new products and upgrades from R&D and Product Management.
• Provide guidance for structured testing to Engineering.
• Develop and deliver expertise for field marketing events and conferences.
• Support global teams with product topics and customer issues.
• Assist in training programs for internal and external customers.
