Qualifications

• Six plus years in utility, construction, maintenance, or transmission planning experience.
• Knowledge of transmission substations, electrical apparatus, protective relaying systems.
• Experience with transmission line construction and maintenance.
• Familiar with work management and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive work plans for capital projects and maintenance.
• Coordinate transmission construction and project management activities.
• Prepare detailed work packages and schedules to meet CMI dates.
• Identify resources, tools, and permits required for each scope.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and readiness for execution.
