Job summary

Milex Complete Auto Care in West Haven is seeking a Transmission Installer to diagnose, repair and replace transmissions across a range of vehicles. You will install and remove transmissions, perform routine maintenance, communicate findings to customers, and collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality, safe automotive service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transmission Installer or in a similar role.
• ASE certification in Transmission Repair is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and transmission components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
