Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a family-owned repair shop in Broomfield, CO. This role offers $40-$65 per flagged hour on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a flat rate pay structure and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

You’ll perform repairs, diagnostic work, and Digital Vehicle Inspections, and participate in ongoing paid training within a collaborative, team-first shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• A- or B-Level automotive repair experience.
• Ability to work in a professional repair shop environment.
• Some automotive diagnostic experience and DVI experience.
• Automotive education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned automotive repairs efficiently and consistently.
• Perform automotive diagnostic work based on experience and skill level.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) as part of the shop workflow.
• Maintain consistent productivity while supporting quality work.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members.
• Contribute to a professional, positive, team-first shop environment.
